Why We All Should Demand Fuel Service Station Policy Revision Now

Since the introduction of the policy in 2015, there have been at least 14 applications for new or relocated stations on ODZs. Four applications have already been approved, and the others are still being processed under the current, unrevised policy.

Is Buying or Renting an Apartment in Malta a Good Deal?

Despite the spike in prices, apartments’ safety standards have not improved. We are not paying more because we are living in safer, more comfortable units. Neither does the increase in price correspond to better design nor larger size of dwellings.
